Dinna Temelkova,

Executive Director Telelink Infra Services

Dinna Temelkova takes the role of Executive Director of Telelink Infra Services in October 2022. With more than 20 years of experience in the telecom and public sector, she focuses on strategic business development and company growth.

 

Prior to joining Telelink Infra Services, Dinna held key management positions at NOKIA, Alcatel-Lucent, Hewlett-Packard, Siemens Bulgaria, and Bull (Atos). For the past 3 years, she has been a consultant on large infrastructure projects. Her interests are in various fields. Dinna works with children from vulnerable groups, teachers, and students in the center for culture and art she founded in Sofia.

 

She graduated in International Economic Relations and International Relations at the University of National and World Economy.

Martin Martinov,

Project Management Office Director

Martin leads the Project Management Office structure, overseeing that business projects are executed effectively and efficiently. He develops and maintains project management methodologies, standards and tools, ensuring that the PM team is trained according to the industry leading project management standards and certifications.

 

Martin joined the Telelink Infra Services in February 2019. Previously he has over 20 years of experience working in managerial roles in various industries and a solid background of managing large and complex technological projects and programs internationally. His main drivers are integrity, trust and respect while creating and maintaining an engaging and friendly team environment.

 

Martin is a Project Management Institute (PMI®) certified Project and Risk Management Professional, has several other certifications related to project management and marketing, and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Economics.

Bilyana Popova,

Director Security and Automation

Bilyana leads the Security and Automation department, overseeing the business development and the management of benchmark projects in the public and enterprise sectors.

 

She joined Telelink in 2007, initially working as a Project Manager at the Intelligent Facilities unit. Five years later she headed the Security and Automation Department, empowering and building a strong and winning team.

 

Before joining Telelink, she has spent six years managing an IT company.

 

Bilyana holds two master’s degrees in Applied Mathematics and Mathematics and Informatics from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski.

Paun Ivanov,

Telelink Group Director Infrastructure Services

Paun has been with Telelink ever since 2002, when he started as a Junior Engineer right after finishing his Bachelor’s degree in Communications Technologies from the Technical University of Sofia. He joined from Express Consult Sofia, one of the leading system integrators at the time.

 

Currently, as Telelink Infra Services Group Director, Paun is focusing on establishing enhanced and uniform operations throughout the subsidiary companies in Germany, UK, North Macedonia, Albania.

 

Setting from the first year of the Telelink’s operations, Paun has been active in and has filled in several high-level positions such as Country Manager for Telelink MK (North Macedonia).

 

He has completed a customized MBA program from the Instituto de Empresa (IE) in Spain.

Velichko Karadzov,

Director Network Infrastructure

Velichko joined Telelink back in 2001, when the company was established. Gaining unique technical, operational and managerial experience in the forefront of telecom projects, he rises through the company to lead the network infrastructure department, which is of considerable strategic importance.

 

He is passionate about people development, growing deeply human organisational culture and organisations that are effective in achieving their goals.

 

He graduated from the Technical School „Alexander Stepanovich Popov” in Sofia. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration and a Master of Science in Business Finance.

Markus Pfurtscheller,

CEO, Telelink UK

Markus Pfurtscheller is CEO of Telelink UK as of September 2022. Bringing more than two decades of significant experience and track record of success, he is focusing on the continuous development and scaling of the business, process, and work efficiency.

Prior to joining Telelink UK, he has worked for ‘Three’ as their Head of Program Management Core Networks, focusing on securing Core Network contracts. In recent years he has focused on business growth as COO for Insyte Germany, and previously as Exec Consultant Europe for Tillman Global. Markus has many years of experience in revitalizing and transforming underperforming companies and programs in the telecom sector.

He has a degree in electro-technical engineering and holds a master’s degree in Business, Economics, & Social Sciences from the Vienna University of Economics & Business.

Dragan Kuculovski,

Executive Director, Telelink MK

Dragan joins Telelink MK in 2008 as Executive Director. He has overall responsibility for the business operations and development, finance and people management.

 

Dragan has spent over 15 years in the technology industry, focused on network infrastructure, system integration, security and automation projects. During his management Telelink MK implemented some of the country’s most ambitious modernisation, greenfield and new-build projects.

 

He has graduated from the Saint Kiril and Metodiy Skopje University with Master’s Degree of Electrical Engineering.

Lyubomir Lyubenov,

Executive Director, Telelink GmbH, Germany

Lyubomir takes the role of Executive Director of Telelink GmbH in 2015, when Telelink group expanded its presence in Germany. He drives the business development, oversees the company operations, and takes care for the administrative and the finance management. He has more than 20 years of experience in the field of Telecom Network Infrastructure Design, Deployment and Maintenance.

 

Lyubomir graduates the Faculty of Communications in the Technical University in Sofia with Master’s Deгree in Radiocommunications. In 2009 he gets a PMP Certification and in 2014 successfully completes the Telelink Management Development Program by IE in 2014.

 

Lyubomir joins the Telelink Group with its establishment in 2001. Over the years he takes different management roles such as Installation Department Manager, Key Account manager and Network Infrastructure Business Unit Manager. He actively participates in different M&A initiatives across the Group, outsourcing projects and the development complex communication solutions.

Nikola Kalamukoski,

Executive Director, Telelink Albania

In his current role as Operations Director of Telelink Albania, Nikola is now focused on the establishment and setting up our network infrastructure business in Albania.

 

Nikola has been at Telelink MK since the beginning of 2008 when he joined as Site Engineer immediately after graduating from the Faculty of Architecture and Civil Engineering in Skopje. Subsequently, he continued to move up step by step holding several managerial positions with various responsibilities.

 

Nikola is passionate about supporting team members in their individual professional and personal growth, empowering and building winning teams to help the growth of the company.

 

He holds a Master’s degree of Architecture and Engineering.
