As a Management Systems Expert, you will be responsible for:
- Managing, maintaining, controlling, and continuously improving the Integrated Management System in accordance with the standards implemented in the company (ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and AQAP 2110);
- Developing, updating, and managing internal documented information (policies, procedures, instructions) in compliance with the requirements of the implemented standards and the regulatory framework;
- Coordinating and supporting various departments in updating and optimizing processes;
- Collecting, preparing, analyzing, and consolidating information for management review purposes;
- Planning, organizing, conducting, and documenting internal audits, including preparing and maintaining related documentation;
- Organizing and coordinating external audits and communicating with certification parties;
- Preparing ESG reports and ensuring regulatory compliance (including CSRD/ESRS);
- Managing the process of data collection, measurement, and reporting of carbon footprint (Scope 1, 2, and 3);
- Collecting, analyzing, and processing sustainability and ESG data;
- Participating in the development of ESG strategies, risk assessments, and materiality assessments;
- Monitoring ESG trends and identifying opportunities for improvement;
To succeed in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a similar role;
- University degree in Economics;
- Certification as an Internal Auditor for an Integrated Management System (ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001);
- In-depth knowledge and practical experience with internationally recognized standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, AQAP 2110);
- Strong understanding of sustainability reporting standards and regulations, including GRI Standards, CSRD/ESRS, GHG Protocol, and ESG risk management;
- Experience in preparing ESG and/or sustainability reports will be considered an advantage;
- Practical experience in business process modeling and documentation using BPMN and MS Visio;
- Technical knowledge in the field of information systems and security systems will be considered an advantage;
- Knowledge of Windows-based systems: Windows Server 2016/2019 (Active Directory, File Services), Windows 10;
- Experience with Microsoft products – CRM, SharePoint Online, MS Office;
- Very good command of English;
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills;
- Strong communication skills, discretion, and ability to work with various stakeholders;
- Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a team;
