Role of the Network Administrator would be responsible to design, configures and maintains communication networks and network services.

As a Network Administrator you will be responsible for:

  • Design and maintain communication networks to ensure the operation of the company’s solutions in the field of Smart Buildings and Critical Infrastructure;
  • Participates in the company’s tenders preparation and technical proposals for IP networks and equipment;
  • Participates in the implementation of strategic projects of the company;
  • Design, Build and maintenance of virtualization platforms;
  • Create scripts to automate processes;
  • Designs, builds, troubleshoots and support VPN networks using various technologies (IPSec, OpenVPN, L2TP, etc.);
  • Configures and maintains network services – Internet access, data and video transmission, network security, remote monitoring;
  • Monitors key devices (routers, switches, firewalls, servers) and parameters of the networks built by the company and eliminates malfunctions;
  • Install, administer, and maintain physical and virtual VMware ESXi / Windows servers, routers, switches, firewalls, virtual and local area networks, and Windows-based workstations;
  • Communicates with third parties in connection with the construction of network connectivity on various projects of the company;

To do this as a professional, you should match with the following requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in system administration;
  • Master or bachelor’s degree in Information Technology;
  • Excellent knowledge of networking technologies and protocols (TCP/IP, OSI network layers, VPN, WiFi, routing, switching, access lists, network security);
  • Excellent knowledge of working with Windows base systems: Windows Server 2016/2019 (Active Directory, GPO, File Services, DNS, DHCP), Windows 10 – installation, configuration, update and monitoring;
  • Experience with virtualization technologies – Hyper-V and VMWare;
  • CCNA, CCNP and others certificates are an advantage;
  • Experience in configuring and monitoring the main network devices (routers, switches, VPN, firewalls) of different vendors – Cisco, Mikrotik, Dell, Ubiquiti Networks etc.)
  • Good knowledge of Linux-based operating systems including embedded devices;
  • Good knowledge of modern hardware – servers, storages, network devices and others;
  • Motivation, analytical and good communication skills;
  • Abilities for prioritization and meeting deadlines;
  • Abilities to work under pressure;
  • Valid driving license.
