Telecommunications Stock Finance Administrator

We are looking for Stock Finance Administrator who will be required to assist the
company’s administration and matching stock invoices to goods received notes,
checking invoices for any errors, weekly stock hold checks and ad hoc reports on stock.
Will be coordinating, reconciling and managing queries relating to stock and it’s
movement throughout the business.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Performing weekly checks of the stock hold areas for the UK;
  • Interact on a daily basis with Project Management and Logistics teams, logging
    any queries and reporting problems;
  • Take ownership of the overall accuracy of the inventory held on the warehouse
    systems;
  • Matching stock invoices to goods received notes;
  • Coding of sample invoices to the correct nominal accounts;
  • Dealing directly with suppliers regarding invoice queries;
  • Creating management reports of the stock levels, as and when requested;
  • Manage and oversee the annual stock count;
  • Drive continuous improvements;

 

Requirements:

  • Have excellent numerical and analytical skills;
  • Good computer skills;
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel and Word);
  • Quick and logical thinking;
  • Organised with strong time management skills;
  • Attention to detail;
  • Efficient, reliable, and focused;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Working in a team environment

 

Desirable (would be an advantage):

  • Background in stock control;
  • Previous experience in telecoms warehousing stock management;
