Thought for the future and natural resources is a leading force in the GORA project (Green Offices and Residential Area) project, a brand new class A office building in the heart of Sofia, which received a special award “Building of the Year 2020” in the category “Buildings with elements of “green” architecture and innovation”.

GORA also earned its LEED certificate which provides independent, third-party verification that the building was designed and built using strategies aimed at achieving high performance in key areas of human and environmental health. In this regard, Telelink Infra Services integrated a specific functionality – when the building exceeds a preset power, the system automatically switches all thermostats in economy mode.

Together with the partners from Siemens and using the Desigo CC solution, TIS implemented zone control, and successfully integrated specific devices: cooling and heating center; air handling units; garage ventilation; electrometers; power meters; heat/coolmeters; energy valves; water meters; gasmeter; fire system; access control.
