  • When did you join TIS and how is your career going so far?

I joined Telelink in 2003 as a receptionist, when the company was about 30 people. Those days the reception desk was the beating heart of the company with all incoming and outgoing communication around.

A year later I moved to the fast-growing Construction Department, which needed someone to organize the work, file the documents and follow up on deadlines, budget and quality. Those were moments to remember. I was very proud and excited to be involved in the establishment of one of the foreign subsidiaries of Telelink.

In 2006 I joined the Logistic team as a Department Manager and once again I found myself in the heart of the business.


  • What does your job entail and what challenges do you meet?

As a Logistics Manager at TIS I am responsible, together with my teammates, for finding the best suppliers, negotiating with them, organizing transportation services and managing warehouses. We help our colleagues finding the items needed for each project and delivering them on time to the right place. And of course, not to forget – keeping the prices within the defined limits. My team has faced a lot of challenges and changes over the last 15 years. Still the most difficult thing is to keep the balance in all aspects, so that the work can be done beyond expectations, and we all feel good and content. I believe that the job of my team serves the company as the blood flow serves for the human body.


  • What kind of knowledge, skills and qualities do you need to perform this role? How do you upgrade your qualifications?

Working in the Logistic department, you must have strong communication skills, first. Your ability to communicate well with internal and external parties is crucial. It can be a success or a failure. Second, you must be pro-active and collaborative. Qualification and knowledge in supply chain planning, warehouse management, accounting, finance helps in our everyday work, but the most important is to be eager to work and to learn.


  • What do you value most in your workplace? What’s your biggest motivator to come to work in the morning?

After all these years I still find it exciting and thrilling to do my job. Still there is something new, something you have never done before, and it is up to you to figure out how to do it.

The interaction with friendly and knowledgeable people, and the considerable experience I have gained, make me feel confident that I can handle each challenge I meet.
