Smart buildings
In 2024, we continued to develop and enhance our smart building solutions. Our focus remains on integrating innovative technologies that ensure comfort, security, and efficient resource management, while reducing energy consumption and environmental impact.
Building Management Systems (BMS) remain at the core of our efforts, bringing together all key installations — from lighting and HVAC to access control and security — into a single, centralized, adaptive, and sustainable platform.
At Telelink Infra, we apply an expert approach grounded in thorough design, robust engineering, and innovative technological solutions, with the goal of creating intelligent and sustainable environments aligned with modern standards and long-term environmental objectives.

Critical Infrastructure
Early Forest Fire Detection System
Every year, forest fires cause severe damage worldwide — destroying vast areas of land, threatening human lives, homes, and ecosystems. They represent a serious risk to the sustainability of natural environments and biodiversity.
In response to this challenge, Telelink Infra continues to develop the innovative “PrevenTIS” solution — an intelligent early fire detection system. PrevenTIS combines advanced thermal and electro-optical sensors with machine learning algorithms capable of identifying smoke and fire in real time.
Through strategic deployment on observation towers and tall structures, the system forms a connected network that continuously monitors vast territories 24/7. This enables early intervention and allows responsible authorities to respond quickly and effectively. Successfully implemented in Bulgaria and abroad, PrevenTIS has proven itself as a reliable tool in the fight against forest fires and in the protection of nature.
Intelligent protection with care for the environment
At Telelink Infra, we view the protection of critical infrastructure as a strategic commitment — one that combines high security standards with sustainable technological solutions. Areas such as national borders and key industrial facilities require constant and reliable protection, as any disruption can have serious consequences for the economy and society.
Our approach focuses not only on the effectiveness of security systems but also on their environmental footprint — by implementing energy-efficient, intelligent technologies that minimize resource consumption and harmful emissions.
One of our flagship solutions is the so-called “thermal fence” — an integrated system based on thermal imaging cameras and intelligent video analytics software that provides active, continuous perimeter protection in all weather conditions, day and night. Compared to traditional cameras, this technology offers higher reliability and reduces the need for additional physical resources, resulting in a lower carbon footprint.
With extensive experience in implementing large-scale projects, Telelink Infra continues to strengthen its position as a trusted partner in the design and deployment of sustainable, high-tech security solutions.
Digital apps
Digital platform for control and support of field activities
In support of sustainable development and the reduction of our carbon footprint, in 2024 we introduced a digital system for the operational management and maintenance of sites across many of our projects. This system automates and refines key on-site processes and activities.
It enables efficient and transparent tracking of daily progress, reporting of materials and services used, remote quality control through photographic evidence, and paperless handover and acceptance of completed work.
This system significantly reduces the need for physical inspections and transportation, thereby lowering harmful emissions and supporting the achievement of our environmental goals.
Digital training system
The digital platform ensures continuous access to training content, making it easier to apply newly acquired knowledge in daily work. The training modules cover a wide range of topics-from onboarding materials and mandatory safety briefings to courses focused on soft skills such as effective communication, presentation techniques, stress, and time management.
The system’s integrated analytics features allow for the generation of reports and statistics that support the assessment of development needs and the planning of targeted training programs.
Sustainable Development Strategy
In 2024, Telelink Infra continued to strengthen its strategic commitment to sustainable development by building on the progress achieved in 2023 and further integrating Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles across all activities. Since its establishment, the company has followed a vision of responsible and sustainable business, and the scale and complexity of our operations require a systematic and focused approach to sustainable management.
Over the past year, key steps were taken in this direction, including the formulation and adoption of a clear ESG policy, as well as long-term and operational goals aligned with international standards and best practices.
Our commitment to ESG is a central element of our long-term growth strategy. Our goal is not only to create a sustainable business model but also to have a positive impact on society and the environment. That is why we actively engage all stakeholders — employees, customers, partners, and local communities — in our efforts to build a more sustainable future.
Environmental protection remains a top priority. We proactively work to reduce our ecological footprint by implementing environmental management systems in line with the ISO 14001 international standard. This enables us to measure, control, and improve our environmental impact effectively while following the principles of continuous improvement.
We believe that through the strategic application of ESG principles, we can create long-term value not only for the company but also for society. Our aim is not just to meet today’s expectations but to be a proactive participant in building sustainable, connected, and responsible communities.
Responsible Manager
The company successfully maintains and develops its integrated management system in accordance with international ISO standards for Quality Management (ISO 9001), Environmental Management (ISO 14001), and Occupational Health and Safety Management (ISO 45001).
Help Together
The initiative offers flexible forms of involvement — from automatic contributions to participation in organized campaigns. The program also includes internal events such as a Baba Marta workshop, where handmade items are sold at a charity bazaar. The funds raised go toward a specific cause; for example, this year we supported the treatment of a 3-year-old child. For Easter and Christmas, shared meals with homemade food are organized, accompanied by fundraising in support of selected causes.
In 2024, various causes were supported, including the treatment of children and adults with severe illnesses, as well as a cultural initiative for a community center in the village of Byaga.
The 2025 employee survey confirms a strong desire to focus on health-related causes and support for disadvantaged people and the elderly. New initiatives for 2025 are already being prepared.
Telelink Infra with Excellent ESG Assessment from the Bulgarian Stock Exchange
As part of our ongoing efforts in sustainable development, in 2025 we received an “A – Excellent” rating under the internationally recognized Synesgy ESG methodology, developed by CRIF and based on leading standards such as GRI, European sustainability requirements, and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
This rating is a strong confirmation of the high level of alignment between our operations and ESG principles.
The certification reflects our commitment to transparency, ethics, and long-term sustainability, positioning us among the leading companies with mature ESG practices.
For us, this is not only recognition but also a strong motivation to continue developing a responsible and sustainable business.
Our Goals Until 2028
At the end of 2023, the company relocated its headquarters to a new building, which is being equipped with a Building Management System (BMS). This system will enable centralized control of lighting, air conditioning, and security systems — providing comfort, safety, and efficient use of energy in an integrated, dynamic, and functional way. At the same time, it will minimize energy consumption, lower maintenance costs, and reduce the building’s overall environmental impact.
The Sustainable Development Goals provide a global framework aimed at building a better world by ending poverty, preserving natural resources, and ensuring peace and prosperity for all. Our commitment to these goals is long-term and is reflected in the sustainable development of our operations, technological advancement, and contribution to societal well-being.
In 2024, we continue to build on our progress by deepening our contribution to the achievement of the UN SDGs. Our efforts span a broad range of the 17 goals, with direct and measurable impact on several of them, which we approach with concrete actions, dedicated resources, and strong commitment.

At Telelink Infra, we recognize the critical importance of sustainable development and approach it with a comprehensive commitment across four strategic areas: environmental protection, social responsibility and employment, human rights protection, and anti-corruption efforts.
With the support of our partners from the Bulgarian Stock Exchange and the Oxygen platform, we successfully visualized not only the scope of our actions but also the specific efforts we undertake — from the development and implementation of clear policies to the designation of responsible officers, participation in long-term initiatives, and systematic risk management.
Our leadership team is directly involved in overseeing and guiding these processes, ensuring stability and strategic consistency. We place particular emphasis on social impact and anti-corruption practices, and the fact that we disclose these actions voluntarily highlights our commitment to transparency and our alignment with the public interest.
