Challenge
The GORA project set out to create a new class of sustainable office and residential green buildings in Sofia, targeting world-class standards in efficiency and comfort.
Solution
Telelink Infra integrated advanced automation and energy management systems. A key feature was automated power optimization — when preset thresholds are exceeded, thermostats automatically switch to economy mode. In partnership with Siemens, we implemented full zone control and integrated HVAC, ventilation, energy, water and gas meters, fire systems, and access control into one platform.
Outcome
The building achieved LEED certification and won Building of the Year 2020 for “Green Architecture and Innovation.” It now serves as a benchmark for sustainable design, delivering both reduced consumption and enhanced occupant comfort.
