Lyubomir Minchev

Chief Executive Officer, Telelink Infra Services Group

Lyubomir Minchev is a co-founder of Telelink and has played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s growth and success. Following two leveraged buyout transactions, he became the majority shareholder of all companies within the Telelink Group in 2012.

In 2018, a corporate reorganization led to the Group’s core operations being divided between Telelink Infra Services and Telelink Business Services. Minchev retained a majority stake in all newly established entities, further strengthening his leadership role.

In 2020, Lyubomir founded Telelink Investments, a specialized investment vehicle consolidating all his investments in start-ups. Among these are three innovative intrapreneurial spin-offs originating from the Telelink Group.

Over the past two decades, Lyubomir Minchev has been a steadfast supporter of entrepreneurial growth, contributing to the success of more than 35 start-ups and scale-ups. His involvement as an investor, co-investor, and mentor has solidified his reputation as a dedicated advocate for innovation and business development.

Dinna Temelkova

Executive Director Telelink Infra Services, Telelink BG

Dinna Temelkova takes the role of Executive Director of Telelink Infra Services in October 2022. With more than 20 years of experience in the telecom and public sector, she focuses on strategic business development and company growth.

Prior to joining Telelink Infra Services, Dinna held key management positions at NOKIA, Alcatel-Lucent, Hewlett-Packard, Siemens Bulgaria, and Bull (Atos). For the past 3 years, she has been a consultant on large infrastructure projects. Her interests are in various fields. Dinna works with children from vulnerable groups, teachers, and students in the center for culture and art she founded in Sofia.

She graduated in International Economic Relations and International Relations at the University of National and World Economy.

Julian Filipov

Executive Director, Telelink UK

Julian is a long-term professional, strictly results-oriented. He is a senior executive and CFO with over 10 years of experience in leading telecommunication infrastructure development businesses. Has a proven track record in end-to-end business operations and creating and sustaining exponential growth.

He has been with the Telelink family since 2016, currently leading all administration, finance, HR, certification and legal aspects of the company in the UK.

MSc in Engineering and MBA, passionate about sustainable business management and development.

Stiliyan Cikalov

Executive Director, Telelink UK

Stiliyan is an expert with more than 20 years of experience in the field of telecommunications. He has been working in the Telelink group for 16 years, having passed through various positions. He has been with the English company since its inception in 2016.

He values personal communication and maintains direct contact with both the company’s customers and employees. According to him, the successful implementation of projects is directly related to good interpersonal relations and support within the team.

Stiliyan holds a master’s degree in Radio Communications from the Technical University in Sofia, having previously graduated from the Technological School for Electronic Systems.

Dragan Kuculovski

Executive Director, Telelink MK

Dragan joins Telelink MK in 2008 as Executive Director. He has overall responsibility for the business operations and development, finance and people management.

Dragan has spent over 15 years in the technology industry, focused on network infrastructure, system integration, security and automation projects. During his management Telelink MK implemented some of the country’s most ambitious modernisation, greenfield and new-build projects.

He has graduated from the Saint Kiril and Metodiy Skopje University with Master’s Degree of Electrical Engineering.

Lyubomir Lyubenov

Executive Director, Telelink GmbH, Germany

Lyubomir takes the role of Executive Director of Telelink GmbH in 2015, when Telelink group expanded its presence in Germany. He drives the business development, oversees the company operations, and takes care for the administrative and the finance management. He has more than 20 years of experience in the field of Telecom Network Infrastructure Design, Deployment and Maintenance.

Lyubomir graduates the Faculty of Communications in the Technical University in Sofia with Master’s Deгree in Radiocommunications. In 2009 he gets a PMP Certification and in 2014 successfully completes the Telelink Management Development Program by IE in 2014.

Lyubomir joins the Telelink Group with its establishment in 2001. Over the years he takes different management roles such as Installation Department Manager, Key Account manager and Network Infrastructure Business Unit Manager. He actively participates in different M&A initiatives across the Group, outsourcing projects and the development complex communication solutions.

Nikola Kalamukoski

Executive Director, Telelink Albania

In his current role as Operations Director of Telelink Albania, Nikola is now focused on the establishment and setting up our network infrastructure business in Albania.

Nikola has been at Telelink MK since the beginning of 2008 when he joined as Site Engineer immediately after graduating from the Faculty of Architecture and Civil Engineering in Skopje. Subsequently, he continued to move up step by step holding several managerial positions with various responsibilities.

Nikola is passionate about supporting team members in their individual professional and personal growth, empowering and building winning teams to help the growth of the company.

He holds a Master’s degree of Architecture and Engineering.
