About the job:
As a Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing procurement strategies aligned with company goals, cost optimization, and operational efficiency.
- Managing the full procurement cycle, including sourcing, tendering, supplier selection, and contract negotiation.
- Leading and coordinating procurement activities across projects, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and vendors, including negotiating pricing, terms, and performance conditions.
- Collaborating closely with Operations, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure compliance, cost control, and contract alignment.
- Monitoring supplier performance, identifying risks, and ensuring quality and reliability of supply.
- Managing procurement budgets, cost tracking, and reporting to support financial planning and decision-making.
- Ensuring compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
- Driving process improvements and digitalization initiatives within procurement.
- Supporting strategic initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency and strengthen market competitiveness.
To perform successfully in this position, you should meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management
- Proven experience in tendering, supplier negotiations, and contract management.
- Strong financial and analytical skills with a focus on cost optimization and efficiency.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Albanian and English.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities, with experience managing suppliers and cross-functional coordination.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset.
- Willingness to travel within the country and abroad.
