Telelink Infra, in partnership with Siemens, modernized the building management systems of Business Park Sofia, enabling centralized control, improved energy efficiency, and enhanced comfort across one of Bulgaria’s largest smart office campuses.
Challenge
Business Park Sofia comprises 14 office buildings with a total built-up area of 210,000 square meters, each operating its own building management systems. Over time, these systems became technologically outdated, limiting centralized monitoring, energy transparency, and overall operational efficiency.
The challenge was to modernize and unify the building management infrastructure without disrupting daily operations, while maintaining optimal comfort for tenants across all buildings.
Solution
As a certified Siemens partner, Telelink Infra led the design, renovation, and integration of a unified building management system for the entire campus. In close collaboration with Siemens, the project included:
- Modernization and automation of HVAC system management
- Replacement of infrastructure endpoints and energy meters
- Implementation of the Siemens Desigo CC platform
The solution enables centralized monitoring, 24/7 remote access, phased system adaptation across buildings, and seamless communication with the new Siemens metering infrastructure.
Outcome
The upgraded smart building infrastructure allows centralized management from a single control station, delivering improved energy efficiency, operational visibility, and full traceability of energy consumption.
Tenants benefit from enhanced comfort and modernized building functionality, while the system’s scalable architecture ensures long-term sustainability and supports future expansion of the Business Park Sofia campus.
